As for how she got her looks for the movie, it's called a girdle and a specially cut outfit to give the ILLUSION of having a better figure.

Anyone who saw her in Attack of the Show knows how amazing she was. They kept life sized posters of her on the show for at least a year just in hopes she would return... jumping for hot dogs, and all the things she was game for.
