Migrants are obviously intentionally diverted from areas like that to keep it nice for middle class holidaymakers.

Loads of migrants in Devon and Cornwall. Slave gangmasters have been found locally too.

Most of that heat however is a very damp and nasty humidity. Even in the sunshine it can be very cloying. Scilly not so much.

So it should be good for vineyards then?

Plenty of vineyards in neighbouring Devon. They do grow tea in Cornwall.

Excellent vineyards in Cornwall. The horizontal rain in the winter helps quite a lot.

Im pretty sure those tropical plant photos are from Tresco Abbey Gardens. Mainland cornwall would still struggle with that amount of tropical plant life. So gorgeous though, the isle of Scilly are a treasure.

Snow is rare

It's rare in our part of East Anglia. The entire country can get snow, yet for some reason we get none or if we are really lucky a light dusting. Not even enough for a snowball. In the last, almost 20 years, we've had snow, enough to make a good size snowman, twice. That's it. Although now my children are older, and snow days and school closures won't affect them, we'll probably be inundated with snow every year, increasing their suspicions of a conspiracy theory of them NEVER having a snow day off school lol.

15 Celsius hotter is not 59 Fahrenheit hotter it's only 27 Fahrenheit hotter. In absolute terms 15C is 59F because 0C is 32F but when comparing temperatures you leave the 32 out of it.

Clean air and only 2 frost days in the winter on average. Never been so fit since we moved here. If you like golf play all year round n the great links courses.

I wouldn't call 10º C subtropical.

Unless you are standing on Mount Fansipan in Viet Nam, or Pico de Orizabain, Mexico, the climate of Cornwall has no similarity whatsoever to the two countries. Why does the Daily Mail mislead its readers?

They do NOT have good summers in Cornwall. The weather is very significantly better in South East They do have mild winters in Cornwall with few frosts That is not a tropical climate

If you compare Cornwall with Spain, it's like Mordor.

Yeah, because Spain has water you can drink from the taps, and a fair judicial system.

Parts of South Cornwall, like most of South Devon always has been classified this way. There are even parts of Western Scotland along the Gulf Stream coast classified !
