Wow....All I can think about is Danny Kaye's song from the film 'Hans Christian Andersen' (I think), when the ugly duckling turns into the most beautiful swan. She really is gorgeous, bless her, and I'm so glad for her that the surgery has changed her life so much for the better. Maxillofacial surgery is one aspect of cosmetic surgery I don't mind putting my taxes towards, precisely because it can be so life-changing. Boob enhancements - unless you really do have a problem - not so much.
