Cruz blames Obama for climate of violence against police
You all are racist and bigots. just look in the mirror and tell yourself that you hate anyone who doesn't look you. Ted Cruz is so desperate to get noticed he will say and continue to say the stupidest things and you all look for any reason to blame the black man in the white house. If you ever actually read a history book you would know that racism has been around in America since its foundation. Its written in the Constitution if you ever bother to actually read the paper. I know it would be asking alot to actually read and not just listen to the Conservatives who HATE America folks. But you could try.
THANK YOU for also including EMS. DANGEROUS job also. We are here to help people, but our safety is FIRST. If we are not safe, then YOU or anyone else will not get the help. We understand about altered mental status, and have to help, but if you are punching us and trying to kill us, you are out of luck. We will, hopefully with the help of the police if needed, restrain the violent people, and still help them. BUT, we all want to go home to our families at the end of the day. Our safety come first.
That is all this race baiting son of a loose woman has done since being in office. Screw the country and all the white people is what he is after. And let the Muslims in and run amok. Spend and travel at the white folks expense. The fish he held had the correct idea. Would we not all like to have done it.
It will be interesting to see who is the favorite target of Cruz vitriol when Obama is out of office; I suppose it will be whoever the Koch brothers tell him to attack. Cruz did attend the 2014 Koch strategy conference and no doubt they are major donors to him now that they have the right to buy elections with their initiation and support of Citizens United.
Yeah sure ,blame the President. It has nothing to do with the escalating police brutality against minorities. Including killing brothers without weapons and shooting them in the back.
Mostly stupid, typical of white supremacist racist comments. Ted Cruz is a nut job, pure and simple. When was the last time Ted Cruz offered any programs or suggestions that help people. But, he did shut down the government, and filibustered by reading a Dr. Suess story. Brilliant. He is an A-Hole.
This is obviously a biased report, as the "anchors" make it plain they support Obama. However, one thing they did show was the statement President Obama issued in support of Sheriff Goforth and his family and police in general.
You don't hear that on the national media, and most certainly you don't hear it on Fox "News".
I support Obama, but there is a grain of truth to what Sen. Cruz is alleging (IMO). Our President has made statements on select incidents in the past which, upon evaluation and after MORE information became available, are statements which probably should not have been made.
Trayvon Martin wasn't the innocent little teenager the initial reports made him out to be. Michael Brown wasn't just an "unarmed teenager" trying to "surrender".
We should all hold judgement on these issues, while staying vigilant to make sure the criminal justice system works for average citizens at least as well as it works for police officers (I am retired LE).
