Cruz blames Obama for climate of violence against police

I don't know that I'd go as far as blaming Obama more than I blame the individuals who commit these atrocities. The problem with America is that there is a strong desire to put the blame on everyone but the person who committed the crime. Charles Manson was Reagan's fault. Dahmer was Nixon's fault. 911 was Bush's fault. No one will ever be held accountable for their actions in America because the blame will always be placed somewhere else. Ultimately it's a good time for killing in America because the blame will be placed on someone other than the person who commits the crime.
