Again, DM should not comment on Florida flora. Those are cypress knees from cypress trees, not a mangrove swamp.

So who actually thinks Disney world is real? It's fake, the American dream is fake and so is equality, so let's stop believing all the hype!

We should be thankful for the Atlantic Ocean otherwise a few million Americans would be better off coming over here.

Yes of course you have not seen poverty in socialist countries. Is say China, India, etc. developed? We have way too many people in the US and let many more in every year.

Been here a long time and have seen this other side. Had friends visit and they were shocked at the real deal outside of the resorts. There is a weird mix here, poverty and riches nestling side by side. In some of the fancy neighbourhoods its odd to see the Mc Mansion right next door to the concrete block dump. It may look like paradise, but sunshine isn't all you need to be happy. There is shocking poverty here as well. I suspect the same in most cities around the world. But the Mickey Mouse image persists.

You say that like it's a bad thing. Affluent and not living happily side by side naturally, not socially engineered. The country could learn a lot from that fact alone.

These are just photos of poor people who are lucky enough to live in Florida in the USA.............Looks great to me.

Using pictures like these to describe the REAL Florida is the same as the tale of the six blind men who were describing what an elephant looked like.

Lots of countries have regions where some people reproduce despite not being able to afford the resulting costs. The practice leads to a great deal of misery.

Thank you! Hand out birth control instead of bibles. Wouldn't that just be common sense UNICEF? I would donate to that cause.

Here's me thinking America was the land of plenty all 15 year olds drove to high school in their own brand new top of the range convertibles and everyone looked like extras from Baywatch..........

Obama-land. 95,000,000 American NOT working. And he and his Dem and RINO's all think everything is normal and good. What losers. This is ALL their fault.

"In one of his most striking images, a young girl sits on the floor in what appears to be the remnants of a house. Tightly grasped in her hand is a snake. It is not clear what happened to the property. Perhaps it was damaged in an earthquake or became so dilapidated it was bulldozed."Whoever wrote this is not aware of the fact that Florida does not have earthquakes large enough to demolish a home.... Maybe a hurricane did it???

Yes exactly but media does not publicize nations like America but only poor countries in Asia. Have you ever been show good side of Asia by any of the western newspapers or wider media. No.

The cast concrete piles look new... Poverty is in the "free democratic" west .. just better hidden.
