People blame one political party or another--it is both, that is why Trump and "The Burn" are popular. People want the grenade the parties. You don't simply throw money at poverty; it is a combination of bad decisions, bad company and bad events. The bad decisions and bad company prevent a change and rise in conditions. Combine that with union-run schools, bloated bureaucracies in all phases of government AND NGOs--what you get a perfect storm to destroy lives and keep them that way. The wreckage is left over from the hurricanes--people took the money and abandoned the properties; the local governments don't have the money to clean at the stuff up.Wazzup
America is as fake as british womens bodies. But because most people believe EVERYTHING they see on the !d!iot box, in the corner of their rooms, this may surprise some. Miami is unbelievable ¿ you cross one bridge from the publicised beach front and you end up in a place called Overtown ¿ they don¿t put that place in the movies/brochures. But what do you expect from forked tongued people. Always pushing a lieBames Jond
The only thing worth seeing in Florida is the Delray Misfits - Jason Genova, Andrew, Brad, Big Lenny and co. For the 'ments.on the ridge
The poor boy in the photo who has shorts that are way too big for him. He has to hold them up. Years ago I was on a bus trip across the USA and when we went through an area in Louisiana, it was obvious that the people that lived there were very poor, but what I noticed was, many of them wore plastic shower caps. Boys and girls. Not sure if that was a trend at the time, never did find out. I just found it odd.du Vallon
Labyrinth, Hot Springs;... "And that's exactly why the Left lost support from working class whites a long time ago. Most attacks on working class rural people come from these pretentious liberals"... What hogwash. This guy paints with a massively broad stroke to try and convince us of some kind of injustice. Democrats never "lost support from the working class". They lost support from the impoverished biggoted south. Look at state electoral maps for confirmation of that. Calling them "working" class is a euphemism to begin with. And they didn't "lose" that support either. We kicked them out of our party in 1968 and sent them packing when Texan President Lyndon Johnson, a consummate Politician who was never a culturally tolerant man, forced through the Civil Rights act for the sole purpose of ridding the party of the uneducated biggots in the south. They all flocked to the Republican Party, and look at the havoc they've been causing there. It was a masterful stroke full Johnson's part.nohopeReply todu Vallon
Still can't reply properly I see. Your comments are not as important as you think they are. Btw why did you have paste and copy your little essay on Prince and put it on at least different article?. You are an aggravating, prejudiced little troll and when you do reply to Labyrinth properly, you get owned.nohopeReply todu Vallon
At least 5 different articles that you posted that essay about Prince that you copied and pasted. You told someone recently that you don't have to google to get your statistics and information, it comes from the top of your head. Yeah, right. That video of Prince performing is available to all on you tube. You sir are a liar and no one is impressed.. At least 5 years you have been doing this under different user names Comte.LabyrinthReply todu Vallon
"We" kicked them out of our party? You were there, huh? Why do you insist on inserting yourself into everything, you little Walter Mitty? You know very little about history or politics, and you show it every time you make a post. How is calling blue-collar workers "working class" a euphemism? Do you even know what that word means? Quick, run to Google and go look it up so you can give us a essay length explanation of what you really meant.Hamilton2015McLaren
That is what childhood is built on, sitting around in rubble holding a snake like everything is calm. Bet mum and dad's first port of call to protect their child was a gun tucked in their back pocket. Americans thought that they have it bad under Obama. I just wonder how many wars America went to when people were living the life of Riley back in the 90s?pvtcarlswifeReply toMishneal
Florida is an incredibly beautiful and wonderful state. I notice you are to ashamed of yours to put it in your screen name. Outside my door is the Atlantic Ocean and the St. John's River, i watch dolphins swim every morning, and manatees in the colder months. We work HARD here, and we enjoy all of the natural beauty of our state, from the forests to the beaches, to the rivers and everything in between. You are quite a horrible person.
