'A real life horror film': Terrified viewers watch from edge of their seats as SNAKES hunting as a pack chase down baby iguana in amazing footage for BBC's Planet Earth II that even shocked Sir David Attenborough

Probably the most amazing sequence in the history of television. If they ever bring out a VR version I fear people will die of heart attacks.

One of few reasons to pay the licence fee.

The best bit for me was the penguin walking with half-closed eyes and tripping over a rock. No wonder we often think of them as little humans - even Charlie Chaplins.

Fantastic programme, almost felt they managed to tie a camera to the lemurs when filming in Madagascar. The 'diaries' at the end section was interesting too - seeing how the cameramen coped on the penguin island at the Antarctic shows the exploration did not end with the Victorians.

I can't believe nobody is sparing a thought for the poor crabs getting blinded by ants. R.I.P. crabs

Congratulations to the BBC on this one. It was incredible filming. Did feel quite concerned for the iguanas. But thats nature. One very lucky escape for one of the iguanas.Brilliant !

amazing footage all round but the snakes hunting like that surprised me. I'd never seen snakes hunt like that before.

The snakes bit really gave me the jitters! Feet OFF the floor! and screaming at the TV screen for the poor Iguanas to make it. Utterly terrifying and creepy to watch.

It was an absolute delight to watch. My daughter and I were on the edge of our seats shouting at the marine iguanas to run. Loved it can't wait for next Sunday.
