Frosty the Snowman.
Not a conducive way of life, especially if like myself you tend to get claustrophobia in such situations.

The only thing that worries me about China is the air pollution, in some areas clouds of smoke make you think there's a building burning nearby.... as for the people, I think you picked certain places at certain times, it is surely not like that on a daily basis, but what the hell do i know!

Actually the pollution can be bad - but it is not like that all the time. I often travel there - my last 2 visits have been sunny with blue skies in Beijing. And you are also right - the travel at Chinese New Year and Golden Week is manic, but at other times it's busy but not crazy.

In the pool foto were they trying to beat a world record or something....just madness and a complete danger. If someone was in trouble or danger of drowning how wud u ever know?

Can't see how anyone could drown there, they're not only surrounded by rubber rings but everybody is holding everybody else up. There's no room to drown!

Well how about asphyxiation then from being squeezed into some fat blokes armpit. Or being suffocated by being forced up against someone else's inflatable. Yeah looks real safe....quick sign me up

These pictures look like them illusions from the 90s where you had to stare at them to see something else. If you stare at the swimming pool one with the rubber rings, Bruce Lee appears.

They need to build more cities, spread the population across China. Practically everything we buy is made in China, they should be well off.
