Or DailyMail in their classic lazy fashion mixed photos. It does seem odd and why it wouldn't be mentioned. Look at the nose, its not even close to the post surgery pic on bottom either..

We will all die someday. I hope that my death can help someone else live a better life. That's why I've chosen to be an organ and tissue donor upon my death. Heck, if they want my face, they can have it, too. It's not as if I will need it after I'm dead.

Phenomenal medical achievement. She looks wonderful and healthy. Shame they had to give her a massive scar right across her forehead. Without that, she could probably blend into the crowd and not be noticed at all. I would think after years of people staring at her, that might have been really important to her.
