'A real life horror film': Terrified viewers watch from edge of their seats as SNAKES hunting as a pack chase down baby iguana in amazing footage for BBC's Planet Earth II that even shocked Sir David Attenborough

I don't understand the pack hunting among the snakes..they don't have the means to tear prey apart so its not a win-win for all in the least bit; in fact, the footage shows the snakes were too much in each others' way to hunt effectively....

It was like watching Corbyn being chased by the Parliamentary Labour Party !

Outstanding programme, just shows what the BBC can do. Then they produce the travestry that is Ed Balls "winning?" Strictly.

I was running around the bedroom at 3am thinking I was an Iguana being chased by those nasty snakes. Wife wasn't happy.

What I want to know is how did they film this section? Was the camera crew in any danger?

Iguanas were so funny the way they run from the snakes. I have to admit it was like watching a scarey film with all the snakes coming out from under the rocks. The programme was showing what goes on in the world of animals which is why I love watching it.

It was an amazing piece of television (as was the rest of the programme) and I was holding my breath throughout this sequence. It was stuff of nightmares that luckily I was too darned knackered to have so happy days. Well done BBC
