I would rather die fighting a system like this than become part of it. This is the NWO plan for us all.

All those pictures are lacking one glaringly obvious thing, a smile! If that were a UK factory, you would have lads larking around and the men and women would not be separated, they most likely be snogging in a corner.

ISNT APPLE AN AMERICAN COMPANY? WHAT DO THE AMERICAN WORKERS THINK ABOUT THEIR JOBS BEING DONE IN CHINA,

ACReply toSODTHEMALL
Obama has shown he doesn't care what they think and he's also allowed Apple to "avoid" paying taxes by parking its profits offshore.

Is it a factory or a prison camp?

At one time owners of large corporations were happy being millionaires, now they want to be billionaires, and soon it will be trillionaires.

At one time not knowing when enough is enough was seen as a mental illness rather than a sign of success.

My, they do look a happy bunch. Obviously a great deal of job satisfaction there.

Shame, they look soulless. Humans are meant to be happy, sociable, have fun and work hard! Hoping one day to see someone break the boundaries and design fun, exciting factories to change this haunting reputation.

I bet each and every one of them happy to have a job. Unlike here, where flipping burgers and emptying trash cans should warrant a $40,000 a year salary.

They all look miserable, as if the joy has been ripped from their lives. At least the guy with the sausage sticks is happy.Must be fun being a slave.

I see your point. I'd rather my iPhone or my galaxies made by automatic robots than people forced to work for them...

Thanks for readingReply toJamiesonn
Modern slavery - exactly what I thought, Jamieson. The degradation of such a working life. These people are a "human resource" to make Western global corporations even more money. And Obama, the greatest US snake oil salesman, has come to Europe to tell the "human market" to buy American. If I had an iPhone, I would donate it to someone in China. Globalization seems to be one giant human consumption machine. It makes me feel queasy. Remember "The Matrix" films?

Spot on. For anyone not familiar I suggest reading the book(yes, a book) or ,if you are that lazy, then watch the movie by the same name, 1984.

You going to pay $3,000 for a phone?
[ 0 ] [ 0 ]
GimbleReply torobin123
TyrantGeorge, no. Just that Apple won't make 70% profit on every single phone.

MalcolmRReply torobin123
You have to be joking, George. The estimated cost of an i-phone to produce is $6 - according to the WTO and G20. You don't seriously believe that the sell price is in any way related to the costs of production. Here's another one - estimated cost of an X-Box? $8.

The Square.
These mugs make the phones for pence , then the bigger mugs pay hundreds , the company pays little tax anywhere. No wonder that twit Obahma likes big open markets like the EU etc.
