Any one that kills civilians is not a military trying to restore rights and order or freedom to its people. but are just murders, trying to take all the money and stay in power as long as they can.

ISIS is getting crushed, both figuratively and literally, thanks to the British bombings, and other allied efforts. Now, the only reason to sign up is to die a quick death.
ISIS is just a passing footnote in history, they have already sown the seeds for their own destruction. They cannot successfully conquer people by subsequently killing, raping, and enslaving them. The group we will be fighting for decades to come is Al-Qaeda.
