It is known that Bell invented the telephone but it is not true as long before Bell a German inventor Johann Philipp did as the documents of 1947 in London’s Science Museum later showed. Only in America 10 persons claimed to have invented the telephone and the case started in 1878 and ended in 1901 after more than 600 court decisions with the triumph of Bell. If there was an international trial Johann Philipp Reis could have easily won. As to the publication of 27 pages of IEEE concerning Bose’s so called contributions about radio I don’t care about it as IEEE has no legal basis for its claims. The patent offices and the court decisions have the legal basis.  Anyone in any country can easily claim that he invented something before but didn’t register for patent. These are stupid claims which have no LEGAL BASIS. Everything else remains as GOSSIP! You can also say that there is also no legal basis for Johann Philipp Reis’s invention about the phone but we have got the documents of 1847 in London Science Museum. The documents couldn’t have been changed by anyone since 1847 as they were exhibited in the museum. So the situation of Reis is something more serious which requires more attention. Do the supporters of Bose have any documents in any museum? I don’t think so.
As to the patents they are more related with spatial IQ which provides less income than verbal or numerical. That is why I say g loadings are not good measures of life success as spatial IQ is one of the two most g loaded scores. So we can be sure that Marconi was not the inventor. As to Bose’s situation there is nothing clear at all. As to Reis’s invention about phone I would like to see an international trial occurred between Germany and America. So that is over too.

Tesla was a genius and no one can argue about it but US Supreme court did not declare anyone as inventor of radio.

Similarly every year Nobel prizes are awarded based on nominations of people related to that field around the world which is being scrutinized by 5 members jury of Royal Swedish Academy.court does not play any role to honor someone with Nobel prize and same is true with IEEE and their honor.

Now if anyone thinks that IEEE is wrong then he or she has every right to go to Supreme court challenging that decision but posting garbage here will not change the original decision of IEEE.

I have seen Chinese but I must say if the probability of finding an inventor among a science/Engineering white guy is 10^-5,then the probability of finding a pure Chinese origin inventor will be 10^-4.8 or so which is not a good indication considering the fact Chinese immigrants here are selective.But if you search among Bengali Brahmin/Vaidya/Kayastha living here in US the probability of finding an inventor will be somewhere around 10^-3.9 to 10^-4 which is 10 times to 15 times higher than native white or 8 to 12 times higher than a Chinese immigrant.How this is possible?

IEEE is just an institution. Royal Swedish Academy gives the Nobel Prizes to living persons, not to death people like IEEE. IEEE should have given the prize when Bose was alive, not now. If the verbal IQ were tested in a pictorial language fashion and grammar then the Chinese verbal IQ should be around 115 (if the white Europeans are set at 100 using the same language). This would put their overall IQ in the 110 -115 range about that of the Ashkenazi Jews.

I have a better idea for the Indians. If you really think that Bose invented the radio before Tesla just bring what you have as evidence together with you and go to the US Supreme Court just like that Tesla did for Marconi.
