This my friends is Russia'[s true "war on ISIS". They are not hitting ISIS, just rebels against Assad and anyone in that area including children and women. They do not hold fire for civilians like the West.

The eternal problem with war is so many innocent non-combatants get killed or injured. It's tragic.

This child should be taken to a neighboring country like Turkey or Saudi Arabia. The latter especially has more than enough resources to help.

DM you are being hacked, I just got over 7,000 thumbs down within a minute or so. Please check your users to see where this is coming from.

As I said ... this always happen after a pro-Trump comment, and all my comments after that also get sudden hundreds of thumbs down. The hacker (or whoever is doing this) is very anti-Trump.

Tragic. But WE help to cause this. Now USA/UK/NATO should pull out of Syria and let Russia sort out the savages of D a e s h

the problem is that the Russians are not bombing ISIS , they are bombing Assad's oppositions i.e the people who want free democracy

What shocks me is that the Blairs, Merkels and Bush's of this world are to blame for this carnage and nobody says a word.

They are not to blame for this, it's the leaders of those countries that don't provide the basic services, keep a strong security forces, their own greed and the religion they follow is to blame. If you allow your home to be over run by rats, is it the everyone else's fault?

This has always gone on, including German children in both world wars. Never heard the English moaning about them at the time. .

This is propaganda. Somebody thinks we should be shocked into action to serve their wants and needs. Don't be fooled.

Just like the chemical weapons that Assad used? Oh Woops turns out they were used by Isis. They nearly dragged the west into a ground war to topple Assad. How many more dictators need to fall in the Middle East and be replaced by Islamic government for you to realize what is going on here? Arab Spring ! Ha! War is hell.

Is it difficult for you, having a heart so small that it is very selective who it chooses to embrace?

Having an attitude like that makes you part of the problem! If we all looked out for each other the world would be a lovely place (of course I appreciate that's clearly never going to happen though)

Pity you then ... and to actually think that and decide to write it down for the world to read - beyond belief. A child - now - not 60 years ago

You are talking to people who responded more than any other country in the World to images of thousands of children in Africa who were so sick and dying of famine. Millions of non-African people sent the African children aid.Did the Middle East help these African children? Nothing to do with feeling sorry for your own - unless you are from the MIddle East! We are not human if we cannot feel our hearts break at the sight of wounded children. It makes no difference WHO they belong to or what war they have been caught up in. Its the responsibility of all adults to stop fighting for the sake and health of the children, even in the home, but they rarely do.Most people are powerless to stop the fighting in the Middle East. Its down to people there sorting out their tribal differences and stopping trying to dominate their own people, who are from a different tribe to them.

Another ISIS supporting article. They have no qualms about injuring kids and saying "look at what you've done". Heartbreaking, absolutely. Let ISIS win and kids like this will be tortured and slaughtered until there aren't any left. Same with the "hero Saddam " syndrome. He hid his crimes. ISIS want you to see it.
