Why was this boy in jail for stealing a $5.00 snickers bar? Come on this is why our prisons are overcrowded. Sex offenders, rapist, and murders get out on bond. If this boy was mentally ill then prison was not the place he should of been sent to begin with. Things have got to change in this country, when it comes to the mentally ill. We cannot just say will they were mentally ill so they don't deserve proper affordable health care.

every news video and broadcast doesn't tell you that they are black but the videos show it. White people don't commit crimes like the blacks do. In 6 months I think I saw 2 white folks.
