Man jailed for months over $5 theft found dead in cell
Was the candy bar a Pay Day ? That's what the family wants, there son they could care less, I heard they called him a Milk Dud son.
Oh sh t..........what a tear-jerking story. These bums break the law....their families don't care enough to bail their rusty butts of jail..they finally die in jail..and now it is all the white peoples fault. Get over it.
Teach your kids right from wrong, don't break the law and you won't spend time in jail.
He stole 4 Snickers candy bars - can't think of that as being a reason for months in jail. Something is not being told here.
32nd shoplifting arrest is a good reason. Of course, the other 31 arrests were punctuated by several hundred "incidents" of stealing/shoplifting/theft that the local police didn't really want to bother with. Eventually that piece of societal detritus ended up EXACTLY where he belonged - in jail. The need to jail feral creatures such as Jammycheat is the need to protect society from such feral creatures. He was off his meds at the time? Yeah, drugs and alcohol aren't permitted in prison, so that poor 24 year old succumbed to withdrawal symptom death. His 32 year old mother is quite distraught.
Who Cares!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This just in. The results of the poll determine that the Romans say "THUMBS DOWN" for that piece of societal detritus. The article didn't have enough space/length to begin to list and document the crimes that "feral" critter committed in his short life span. Where do you start with this poor fellow? Parents were so stupid they misspelled critter child's name. Jamycheal?!? Imagine having to go through elementary school defending yourself with that (misspelled) name? Of course, everybody in his school had similar sorts of home made names. His parents wanted to call him Jimmy Child but neither of them were literate, so that poor critter got name Jamycheal (Jimmy Chile?) because his parents had issues with vowels. Unfortunately, the tendency in society today is to treat illiterate 24 year olds who can't spell their own names as mentally ill (ooops, sorry - special needs). Yes he was off his meds (drugs and alcohol) at the time so he had to result to stealing to pay for his drugs
If he had mental illness, wheres his meds? Cause everyone who is mentally ill takes meds, unless they or their family leaves the mental illness untreated. What say you distraught family?
Prayers for the Family
Stand STRONG !
HOLD on to your FAITH
PEACE BE STILL
AND LISTEN TO THE HOLY SPIRIT
So, who are the prosecutors going to indict? The hospital that refused to take him? The entire state legislature because it hasn't provided enough money for enough mental hospitals to deal with patients like this? The judge that denied bail so that he could have at least eaten at home?
I thought Obamacare was supposed to specifically help these kinds of people?? His Family said he didn't get the help he needed, well why didn't the family see that he got help?? What happened to that wonderful obamacare that was supposed to cure all of America's health problems.?? I guess it didn't cure the peoples urge to sue everytime they see dollar signs and an opportunity to get something for nothing on the backs of a dead family member.
What I find so tragic about American society is how all manner of excuses are made when a white people commit crimes or have mental issues that drove them to it. On the other hand, when blacks commit crimes there are only anecdotal opinions offered -- They deserved to be punished. Or, they are natural law breakers. Or, if they were killed by police, they had it coming. This reveals society does not believe blacks have complex issues that have been ignored, or the help they needed previously was not availed to them, resulting in the offense or death. When will society realize black people are just as human as any white people
What a travesty of (in)justice. No bail for a $5 crime? Absurd. Prosecute the judge. Allowing him to refuse knowingly needed meds for months without transferring him to a mental health facility? Sue the warden and everyone from there down who was involved with him.
