The losers: the Netherlands - for them it is an inconvenient truth - have passed their own. If the truth becomes available, then allowed, then the Ukrainians seems drained. Americans are now all the same - they are your goal - sanctions and demonization of Russia - achieved at the cost of credibility, but that trust in modern politics less and less valued. In Russia, this is true will further strengthen Putin's position.

Perhaps the Daily Mail would like to reprise the original photos from the tail section that they printed in the original report ... you know, the ones with the bullet holes in !!

You should be sceptical about anything claimed by the BBC. It holds its charter obligations and its viewers in contempt.

Obama, Poroshenko and Putin know who and how to destroy MH-17.Why Russia is silent - it is clear. She is waiting for arraignment ...But why Ukraine and the United States do not want to present evidence against Russian ??? It is a question ...

BBC have always been anti-Russian, they won't change orientation with no reason, so that's probably just part of the bigger game, f.e. soon this documentary will be nailed down as a lie in order to support official version or I cannot but suggest that UK simply just don't want ukranian mig/ra/n/ts, so better reveal truth than have them. Also information was released after visit of precious mr. Obama....

Maybe the BBC will solve the mystery of the missing MH370.

So little is really known about this incident officially with so little details being revealed that it is unlikely we will ever know the full truth. Maybe in 50 or 60 years when everyone who may be responsible is dead will the truth come out.

Not quite, its been proven it was a BUK missile and the evidence strongly points to the Russian backed separatists. The why is the unknown, and those BUK operators are probably in a shallow grave in Russia sowill never speak now.

Sounds unusually daring for a BBC documentary.

They changed their story that it was a buk missile. They even did a live fire test on a plane with a buk missile, its on Russiatoday youtube channel.

Nobody is going to tell the truth on this are they?Just like, in the Gulf, gossip linked the Lockerbie bombing as revenge for the downing of the Iran Air flight by the USS Vincennes.I always wondered why the Lockerbie trial was held in the Netherlands when the UK has courts.

The trial in respect of the Pan Am was held in Holland to make the point that it was not held in Scotland.Holland does not become Scotland by a legal fiction! Civilian airliners should be safe to travel. Wher it is not it is a refused Safe Harbour.

I trust that the BBC will have interviewed the inspection team who reported on the crash and have their full details.

If you want to know who did it, look who benefit out of it. It's obvious.

Yes its Ukraine...

Ukraine has nothing to benefit from it. The Russian rebels did.

Yeah, that would work if it was intentional. But Russians were shooting at Ukrainian planes for weeks prior and they simply screwed up.

The central conceit of programmes such as the Conspiracy Files is to give the (false) impression of a fair and balanced analysis of the theories, but they always support the establishment view. The real question is who stood to gain, and it wasnt Russia.

i am very sceptical of any blame giving for this type of tragedy, after all it was not that long ago our government assure us the chemical attacks in syria HAD to be Assads because the rebels couldnt have obtained them, yet here we are seeing reports of isis using those same chemicals . I am as ready to believe one side fired the missile in an act of stupid aggression as i am to believe the opposition did it so they could blame it on the other party to garner support. unless it can be undisputably proved who fired the shot then i dont see how this type of flimsy evidence can be taken seriously.

I do not think we will ever know the truth. For me, I feel sorry for everyone on board, their families and their friends.

What was it doing flying over a war zone? £2000 in jet fuel?

Any truth these days died with the manipulation of social media own or paid for by the politicians.
